Conversion of sequential machine time pace and synthesis of relay circuits

Abstract:
There is proposed an algorithm of designing a minimum, concerning the number of states, sequential machine operating with a certain given («quick») time pace and reproducing a given sequential machine which operates with a time pace determined by moments of output state changing. The algorithm can be used to synthesize relay circuits.
