Abstract: The experiment on electromagnetic strength testing of objects is considered. The high-frequency electromagnetic fields generation as a result of fast electron beam injection into the vacuum chamber is investigated. A model of the self-consistent description of electromagnetic fields and electron currents in the 'warm' plasma is developed.
