Abstract: The possible description of Z(4430) as a pseudoresonance structure in $\pi\psi'$ reaction, is considered. The analysis is performed with single-scattering contribution to $\pi\psi'$ elastic scattering via $D^*D_1(2420)$ intermediate energy.
