Closeness of $a$-points property and structure of Riemann's surfaces from $F_q$ class

Abstract: We improve G. Barsegyan's result on one-sheet filling domains for meromorphic functions $f$ such that the Riemann surface of the function $f^{-1}$ belongs to $F_q$ class. In particular, a sharp estimate for quantity of these domains is obtained.
