The algorithm of construction of minimal cubature formulas with Haar $d$-property in the two-dimensional case

Abstract:
In a two-dimensional case the minimal cubature formulas with the Haar $d$-property are considered. The algorithm of construction of minimal cubature formulas with the Haar $d$-property is obtained.
