Computer analysis of self-organization processes in solids

Abstract: In the given work research of structures of spatial self-organization in the solids by irradiation by both ion fluxes and laser with the help of technique of fractal parameterization are considered. The set of fractal parameters is received. This set allowed to determine that character of behavior of this parameters depends of as parameters of external influence, as internal characteristics of the structure. Calculation of numerical parameters is carried out with the help of computer analysis.
