Construction of kinetical-consistent difference schemes for electrical charged media flows calculations

Abstract: Kinetical-consistent (or kinetic) difference schemes constraction method is applied to investigate the motion of electrical charged particles media. Time approximation of macroscopic medium motion equations is made by application of invers characteristics method and Tailor expansion of distribution functions. The constructed algorithm is examined on an example of model semiconductor diod structure calculations.
