Gas-laser resonator stabilized by thermal compensation
G. V. Galutva, A. I. Ryazantsev
Abstract:
A fast-response thermal compensation system was developed, by means of which the length of a gas-laser resonator could be stabilized to within 1/6 · 108 deg–1. The principal calculation formulas and the experimental results are reported. Recommendations are given on the fabrication of thermal compensators. The system considered can be used for lasers with passive or active frequency stabilization, and for passive optical resonators.
