Wavefront reversal in barium sodium niobate crystals
S. G. Odulov, O. I. Oleĭnik
Abstract:
A study was made of barium sodium niobate, which is a new and promising material for dynamic conversion of light beams. It was found that nominally pure crystals were suitable for wavefront reversal in an opposed four-wave interaction scheme with a reflection coefficient of R≈5% and in a lasing scheme with R≈1.5%.
