Координационные соединения редкоземельных металлов с органическими лигандами для электролюминесцентных диодов

Аннотация: Собраны и систематизированы данные по координационным соединениям лантанидов с органическими лигандами, применяемым при конструировании электролюминесцентных диодов. Рассмотрены особенности молекулярного и электронного строения таких соединений, а также их спектральные характеристики. Проведен сравнительный анализ свойств органических электролюминесцетных диодов с различной композицией излучающих и проводящих слоев.
