Супрамолекулярная химия кукурбитурилов

Аннотация: Рассмотрены основные принципы дизайна супрамолекулярных соединений с использованием органических макроциклических кавитандов - кукурбит[n]урилов, [C6H6N4O2]n (n=5-10). Показано, что наличие гидрофобной внутримолекулярной полости наряду с поляризованными карбонильными группами порталов кукурбитурилов обусловливает высокую специфичность образования соединений типа «гость-хозяин». Рассмотрена уникальная возможность кукурбитурилов выступать в качестве молекулярных синтетических контейнеров, в которых бимолекулярные реакции между специально подобранными «гостями» проходят с высокой регио- и стереоселективностью. Представлены новые результаты по направленному конструированию супрамолекулярных органо-неорганических систем за счет образования развитой системы водородных связей между атомами кислорода порталов кукурбитурилов и молекулами воды аквакомплексов металлов.
