Kinetic equation for electrons in a plasma with strong interion interaction with allowance for exchange correlation of the electrons

Abstract: A kinetic equation for electrons in a system of charged particles with arbitrary interion interaction is obtained. Simultaneously, interelectron exchange and polarization effects are taken into account. A new expression is derived for the resistivity of liquid metals in which exchange effects not only modify the permittivity but also lead to the appearance of an exchange vertex function in the transition probability.
