On equations of nonrelativistic $S$-matrix theory

A complete system of equations is proposed for nonrelativistie $S$-matrix theory. The system
consists of Ekstein's equations  and new additional equations that eliminate the ambiguity
in the solution of the previously known bilinear equations. The equations are used to find certain
general relationships between different amplitudes. A specific example studied is the
ease of two particles with a separable interaction.
