Abstract: The most general Lagrangian of supersymmetric quantum mechanics is obtained. In the case of the nonlinear quantum-mechanical $\sigma$-model, a mechanism of spontaneous breaking of the supersymmetry at the quantum level related to the uncertainty of the operator ordering is found.
