Interaction of a weak gravitational wave with the electromagnetic field of a neutron star in the field theory of gravitation and in the general theory of relativity

V. I. Denisov, V. A. Eliseev

Abstract: The interaction of a weak gravitational wave and the electromagnetic field of a neutron star is studied from the point of view of two theories: the linear variant of the field theory of gravitation and the general theory of relativity. The obtained solutions are used to analyze the possibilities of establishing experimentally which of the two theories describes reality adequately.
