Kinetic part of dynamical torsion theory

Abstract: Canonical Hamiltonian for the dynamical torsion theory is constructed in the timegauge for a tetrad field. Restrictions on the coupling constants of the nine parameters Lagrangian are found in the form of inequalities which ensure the positive definiteness of the quadratic form of canonical momenta for all components of the tetrad field and Lorentz connection.
