Abstract: A method is proposed for reconstructing the temperature field in a local equilibrium gas medium with a constant volume pressure by means of emission or absorption spectroscopic measurements taken in two mutually perpendicular directions. A numerical model of tomographic reconstruction of the temperature field is constructed as an example with the use of a laser absorption spectrograph in a vessel filJed with carbon dioxide.
