ОБЗОРЫ АКТУАЛЬНЫХ ПРОБЛЕМ

Структура и свойства твёрдых и сверхтвёрдых нанокомпозитных покрытий

Аннотация: Обсуждаются различные подходы к формированию нанокомпозитных покрытий с высокой и сверхвысокой твёрдостью в диапазоне от $\le 30$ до 100–120 ГПа. Основное внимание уделяется анализу механизмов увеличения твёрдости в тонких ($\le 10$ мкм) покрытиях. Рассмотрено несколько вариантов получения нанокомпозитных многокомпонентных покрытий методами магнетронного распыления, ионно-стимулированного и вакуумно-дугового осаждения. Даётся классификация твёрдых и сверхтвёрдых покрытий с высокой термической стабильностью. Показаны возможные применения наноструктурированных покрытий и некоторые перспективы дальнейшего развития этого направления.
