Особенности спинового, зарядового и орбитального упорядочений в кобальтитах

Аннотация:
Обзор посвящён сложным оксидам кобальта, так называемым кобальтитам. Рассмотрены перовскитные редкоземельные кобальтиты на основе $Ln_2\mathrm{Co}\mathrm{O}_3$ (где $Ln$ — лантан или лантаноид), квазидвумерные и квазиодномерные кобальтиты типа $Ln\mathrm{Co}_2\mathrm{O}_{5+\delta}$, $Ln\mathrm{Co}\mathrm{O}_4$ и $\mathrm{Ca}_3\mathrm{Co}_2\mathrm{O}_8$, сверхпроводящие соединения $\mathrm{Na}_x\mathrm{Co}\mathrm{O}_2\cdot y\mathrm{H}_2\mathrm{O}$. Приведены основные экспериментальные и теоретические результаты. Особое внимание сосредоточено на особенностях взаимосвязи зарядовых, спиновых и орбитальных степеней свободы. Большое внимание уделено также таким специфическим проблемам физики кобальтитов, как неустойчивость спинового состояния ионов $\mathrm{Co}^{3+}$ в $Ln\mathrm{Co}\mathrm{O}_3$ и природа сверхпроводимости в $\mathrm{Na}_x\mathrm{Co}\mathrm{O}_2\cdot y\mathrm{H}_2\mathrm{O}$.
