ОБЗОРЫ АКТУАЛЬНЫХ ПРОБЛЕМ

Туннельная и многофотонная ионизация атомов и ионов в сильном лазерном поле (теория Келдыша)

Аннотация: В основе теоретического описания процесса нелинейной фотоионизации атомов и ионов под действием сильного лазерного излучения лежит теория Келдыша, предложенная в 1964 г. В статье дан обзор этой теории и ее современного развития. Рассмотрены энергетическое и угловое распределения фотоэлектронов в случае линейной, циркулярной и эллиптической поляризации лазерного излучения, скорость ионизации атомных состояний в монохроматической электромагнитной волне и под действием ультракороткого лазерного импульса различной формы, импульсные и угловые спектры фотоэлектронов в этих случаях. Обсуждаются предельные случаи туннельной ($\gamma\ll 1$) и многофотонной ($\gamma\gg 1$) ионизации, где $\gamma$ — параметр адиабатичности, или параметр Келдыша. Вычислена вероятность надбарьерной ионизации атомов водорода в низкочастотном лазерном поле. Обсуждается влияние сильного магнитного поля на вероятность ионизации. Рассмотрен процесс лоренцевой ионизации, возникающей при движении атомов и ионов в постоянном магнитном поле. Описаны свойства точно решаемой модели: ионизация s-уровня, связанного силами нулевого радиуса действия, в поле циркулярно поляризованной электромагнитной волны. На этом примере обсуждается метод регуляризации Зельдовича в теории квазистационарных состояний. Проведено сравнение теории Келдыша с экспериментом. Кратко обсуждается релятивистская теория ионизации, применимая в тех случаях, когда энергия связи атомного уровня сравнима с массой покоя электрона (многозарядные ионы) и подбарьерное движение электрона нельзя уже считать нерелятивистским. Рассмотрен аналогичный процесс рождения электрон-позитронных пар из вакуума полем мощных оптических или рентгеновских лазеров (эффект Швингера). В расчетах используется метод мнимого времени, дающий удобный и физически наглядный способ вычисления вероятности туннелирования частиц через переменные во времени барьеры. В приложениях обсуждаются свойства асимптотических коэффициентов атомной волновой функции, разложения для функции Келдыша и так называемая “теория ADK”.
