Квантовый фазовый переход сверхпроводник – изолятор

Аннотация: Обсуждение проблемы переходов сверхпроводник – изолятор осуществляется циклически на разных уровнях, напоминая движение по спирали. На первом уровне обсуждаются физические явления и процессы, которые формально к теме переходов не относятся, но играют важную роль при реализации переходов и их наблюдении: сверхпроводимость в материалах с пониженной электронной плотностью, транспорт и магнетосопротивление в сверхпроводящих островковых плëнках и гранулированных высокорезистивных материалах со сверхпроводящими гранулами, переход Березинского–Костерлица–Таулеса. На втором уровне рассматриваются и резюмируются результаты разных микроскопических подходов к проблеме, основанных как на теории Бардина–Купера–Шриффера (подавление температуры сверхпроводящего перехода беспорядком, решающая роль кулоновской блокады в высокорезистивных гранулированных сверхпроводниках, сверхпроводящие флуктуации в сильном магнитном поле), так и на теории бозе-эйнштейновской конденсации. Отдельно рассматриваются феноменологические теории, исходящие из скейлинговой гипотезы. Экспериментальные исследования, в основном транспортные измерения, составляют содержание третьего уровня. Для удобства они классифицированы по типу материала: ультратонкие плëнки, материалы с изменяемым составом, высокотемпературные сверхпроводники, переходы сверхпроводник–“плохой” металл. Отдельно излагаются данные о нелинейных явлениях в окрестности перехода сверхпроводник – изолятор. Наконец, на последнем, четвëртом, уровне, при подведении итогов, заново перечисляются основные аспекты проблемы, для того чтобы понять, что требует дополнительного изучения и как его можно организовать. Обсуждаются также некоторые сравнительно новые результаты, которые могут сыграть ключевую роль в поисках ответов на оставшиеся вопросы.
