High-conducting state in low-dimensional systems

Abstract: A connection between a state of high electron conductivity with low dimension of conducting subsystem is considered. A possibility of theoretical explanation of high-conducting state existence on the basis of criterion of switching electron interaction with elementary excitations is discussed.
