Abstract: Numerical modelling of the problem of supersonic flow round a hollow cylinder by a homogeneous stream of a viscous compressible gas is carried out using kinetically consistent difference schemes. Pulsating flow regimes, which are observed experimentally, are obtained. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results of the calculations is carried out.
