scientific quality intended to a broad
circle of mathematicians. It does not
publish the papers of review, serial or
narrow special character. Before sending to the Editorial Board the
documents and information, listed in Secs. 1.1, 1.2, please read carefully

The manuscript of the article must be represented through the page of the
Journal http://www.mathnet.ru/izv on the Math-Net.Ru portal, or sent by electronic
mail to: izv@mi-ras.ru.
1.4.
All papers in Russian edition of "Izvestiya: Mathematics"
are published in Russian. All questions, related to the
translation of papers into Russian, should be settled

of translation should correspond precisely to that of
the English original, published in English version of
"Izvestiya: Mathematics".
II. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS
2.1.
The Editorial Board accepts the manuscripts, prepared on a
computer with the help of TeX format.
It is desirable to use the LaTeX2ε format
(article style with amsmath, amsfonts, amssymb packages)
with 12pt font and wide (3 cm)
margins from the left and top side of a sheet.
For consideration only it is sufficient to submit
