Abstract: This volume is the second part of a two-volume issue dedicated to the anniversary of Academician Sergei Petrovich Novikov. The papers presented in this volume focus on the problems of topology, geometry, theory of dynamical systems, and mathematical physics – fields of research in which Novikov earned worldwide reputation, opened new directions, and founded a large scientific school.
The first part of the issue was published in 2008 in volume 263.
The volume is addressed to scientists, postgraduates, and students who are interested in the problems of the above-listed fields of science.
