Abstract: The volume consists of two fundamental papers. The paper by E. F. Mischenko and A. Yu. Kolesov “Asymptotical theory of relaxational oscillations» is in its'essense a short monograph dedicated to the theory of periodical motions in singularly disturbed systems. M. I. Zelikin's and V. F. Borisov's paper "Regimes with frequented switches in the problems of optimal control” is dedicated to the structural properties of the solutions possessing infinitely many switches on a finite time interval to Hamiltonian systems with discontinuous right-hand side.
The book is aimed at scientific workers and specialists in the theory of ordinary differential equations and its applications.
