Abstract: Ohya proposed the Adaptive Dynamics which is a new mathematical treatment of complex systems, for instance, chaos, bio-information, psychological phenomena, entanglement in quantum physics, and so on. We have studied on quantum algorithm for several years, and developed efficient algorithm for NP-complete problems. In this talk, we explain the mathematical framework of adaptive dynamics and recent result on quantum algorithm.
