The analytical synthesis of controller transmission matrices based on frequency performance indices. II

A solution to the overall problem of Part I is discussed. A solution to the observation problem is given, an expression of the phase coordinate vector in terms of the vector of measured variables and its derivatives is obtained, and frequency responses of the rearranged system are studied. The optimization functional structure is established which corresponds to the controller transition matrix being implemented, and formulas for the functional parameters are obtained. In conclusion the procedure for solution of the principal problem is given.
