Abstract: In the article dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Yuri Filippovich Golovnev, colleagues, friends and students reflected biographical information about the hero of the day, information about studies in graduate school, gave brief information about his scientific and pedagogical activities, about participation in scientific conferences.
