Heat capacity of $Ln_2$Cu$_2$O$_5$ ($Ln$ = Tb–Lu) cuprates

Abstract:
The correlation between the heat capacity of heavy lanthanide cuprates and the specific features of their structure has been analyzed. It has been shown that the heat capacity regularly changes depending on the Ln$^{3+}$ ion radius and the global instability index ($G$II) within the limits of corresponding tetrads (Tb–Ho, Er–Lu).
