Pyroelectric properties and structural defects of a layered TlInS$_2$ crystal doped with lanthanum

Abstract:
The results of investigations of the pyroelectric current in a layered TlInS$_2$ crystal doped with lanthanum are presented. A comparative analysis of the obtained results and data of photo-induced current transient spectroscopy has been performed. The revealed features of the contribution from electrically active defects to pyroelectric properties of the crystal have been discussed.
