Abstract: The high-temperature heat capacity of Bi$_4$Si$_3$O$_{12}$, Bi$_2$SiO$_5$, and Bi$_{12}$SiO$_{20}$ has been investigated. It has been found that there is a correlation between the specific heat $C_p^0$ (298 K) and the composition of oxides in the Bi$_2$O$_3$–SiO$_2$ system.
