Abstract: The algorithm of parameters identification of motor activity prognostication model is considered at consecutive accumulation of inspections results. During algorithm approbation on a sample of supervision over group of patients with cerebral paralysis influence of increase in volume of basic data on accuracy of individual prediction is investigated.

Keywords: mathematical modelling, individual prediction, multivariate statistical analysis, medicosocial systems.
