Electronic archives: a statement of the problem of long-term preservation of electronic documents

Abstract:
This article explores a possible conceptual formulation of the problem of long-term preservation of electronic documents. The article is an attempt to create a theoretical basis for management of long-term storage of electronic documents in the software and hardware environment.
