Abstract:
This article addresses the pressing need to develop a unified formalized framework for analyzing the organization of intellectual labor. The proposed approach enables a comprehensive assessment of individual performance in intellectual tasks based on key criteria such as time, cost, and the probabilistic quality of outcomes. Particular attention is given to the advantages and limitations of remote and flexible work modalities. The article outlines a set of research tasks necessary to achieve the stated objectives. As an applied illustration, a logistic regression model is presented to predict hiring decisions within project-based organizations.
Keywords:
human-centered design, remote work, machine learning, probabilistic task performance, flexible work schedule, sociological modeling.
