Abstract: Review of the book «Meaningful scientific activity: On the life of knowledge in the form of scientific propositions» by Eduard A. Sosnin and Boris N. Poizner is given. Scientific work is considered as a system of goal-seeking activity. The construction of scientific propositions is discussed.
