Abstract: The concept of protecting the Krasnodar Territory from the effects of extreme weather events and ensuring weather-climatic conditions favorable for life through the use of a system of robotic complexes with infrasound emitters and a self-learning control system based on artificial intelligence is presented.
Keywords: robotic complex, infrasound, self-organization, phase transition, synoptic vortex, cyclone, anticyclone, climatic zone.
