for lignocellulosic feedstock pretreatment

Abstract:
The pretreatment techniques for different types of lignocellulosic feedstock based on iron-catalyst application are developed. The catalytic activities of colloidal iron (III) oxide-based catalyst and polymetallic Fe-Co-Ni nanocatalyst are compared. The positive effects of decrease in an average size of catalyst particles and radiation treatment of feedstock are established.
