The method of digital assessment of the efficiency of scientific activities of KBNC of RAS

Currently, there is no method of digital evaluation of the scientific activity of multidisciplinary scientific organizations of the RAS and, in particular, scientific centers of the RAS. This technique is necessary for the formation and development of management decisions aimed at improving the efficiency of scientific research. The paper presents a method corresponding to the RAS documents on the assessment of scientific organizations. The method is based on the threshold values of performance indicators of scientific areas, weight coefficients and linear performance scales. The method is used for digital evaluation of the scientific activity of Kabardin-Balkar Scientific center of RAS.
