Diffracted transient radiation of a relativistic electron in a bilayer target

Abstract:
A theory of coherent X-ray radiation from a relativistic electron in a combined target consisting of an amorphous and a crystalline layer is constructed using the dynamic theory of diffraction. The expressions describing the spectral-angular density of coherent X-rays in such a target are derived and analyzed.
