Abstract: A method is developed to determine the real radius of a crystal grown by the Stepanov technique using a weight signal. A transition process to change the profile of a cylindrical crystal is performed during crystal growth, and the changing crystal radius is calculated during this process. The calculated crystal radius is compared with the crystal profile.
