Control of the magnetic properties of silicon with manganese atom nanoclusters

Abstract:
It is found experimentally that the magnetic properties of a silicon matrix with manganese atom clusters can be controlled in wide ranges of magnetic and electric fields and temperature depending on the position of the Fermi level.
