Shielding of a low-frequency electric field by a multilayer circular disk

Abstract:
We have solved the boundary-value problem with nonclassical boundary conditions, which describes the penetration of a low-frequency field through a multilayer thin circular disk. The solution of the problem is reduced to solving the Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. The influence of some parameters of the problem on the shielding factor is investigated numerically.
