Abstract: The current-voltage characteristic and the resistivity of composite resistors (varistors) made of nonpolar propylene and CuInSe$_2$ (chalcopyrite) + 10 mol% MnSe solid solution are studied. It is found that the amount of the composite’s constituents influences both the current-voltage characteristic and the resistivity.
