Determination of plasma parameters with allowance for local rotations

Abstract: It is shown that local microscopic rotations change the effective parameters of a plasma and allowance for curvilinear motion of particles may facilitate a more complete description of plasma properties. Examples of the influence of this effect on the permittivity of a Lorentzian plasma, energy dissipation of longitudinal waves, spectral correlators, and effective coefficients in the Fokker–Planck equation are considered.
