Abstract: Two novel electroneutral indotricarbocyanine dyes with two sulfo groups have been synthesized. They possess higher photo and thermal stability as compared to known analogue and were conjugated with aminoallyl-dUTP for enzymatic labeling of DNA by polymerase chain reaction.
