Abstract:
Two new complexes {[M(TIPA)(tdc)(H2O)]·H2O}n {M = Coii, Mnii, TIPA = tris[4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl]amine, H2tdc = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid} have been synthesized hydrothermally based on the N-centered tripodal ligand TIPA. These isostructural compounds exhibit twofold interpenetrated 3D pillar-layered structures with (63)(69·8) gra topology.
