Abstract: The luminescent coordination polymer {[Zn2(BPPA)2(bdc)2](H2O)(DMF)}n with a 2D → 3D interpenetrating structure was constructed from Zn2+ ions, bis[4-(pyridin-4-yl)phenyl]amine (BPPA), and benzene-p-dicarboxylic acid (H2bdc).
