XPS study of MxTi0.91V0.09O2 + δ nH2O (M = Co, Fe) nanoscale oxides

Abstract: A strong correlation was found between the ionic state of magnetic Ti, V, Co and Fe ions in doped nanoscale titanium–vanadium oxides synthesized by a sol-gel method, the annealing conditions of the samples and the dopant ions.
