Abstract: The derivatives of aliphatic tripeptides containing l-ornithine, l-lysine and diesters of l-glutamic acid were synthesized, the physico- chemical properties of dispersions based on them were examined and the dependence of transfection efficiency on the amphiphile:DNA ratio and the structure of the peptides was evaluated.
